Jabu is one of the co-founders of Motseng Investment Holdings. During his tenure at Motseng, he headed the Security and Cleaning companies. Jabu was also a Director of Motseng Facilities Management. Jabu was part of the Motseng Facilites Management team that managed projects in Gauteng Government Precent and The Prestige Portfolio for Department of Public Works in South Africa.

Jabu is one of the co-founders of Delta Property Fund Limited and  is also a Director of MPI Property Asset Management and Dalinex (Pty) Ltd.
